THE PROCESS

The process of residential design centres around collaboration. Getting to know our clients tastes and desires is key. Defining the brief by understanding your vision, goals, and how you want the space to feel.

Next we begin the schematic design. Researching and presenting ideas that create your concept, making sure we plan your space to flow harmoniously.  We present our ideas through a selection of finishes, sketches and reference imagery. After workshopping our vision together, we move on to the next design stage.

In design development, we detail the plan, elevate every wall, and present any bespoke items in 3D so that you can fully understand how your space is going to look. Together we’ll select your fittings, finishes and lighting. At the completion of this stage you’ll receive a preliminary drawing package with a clear design intent. Once we have your feedback we’ll move onto construction documentation.

This final package of information enables the project to either begin construction or go out to tender. At this point we will refine any final details with you before the transformation of your dream space begins!
